BAD COMMUNICATION

So i bought something from Deal Click that was to be delivered 14 - 30 days after the deal had closed on their website. It has been well over 30 days and still nothing has been delivered. I do not mind the non delivery much BUT communication would be appreciated, just let your clients know what is happening with the deliveries, find out if they had received them and let them know why not if they have not. But they are quiet and their phone is constantly engaged like seriously???
