Cleanine of pots

Went to Boksburg branch to send 2 of my pots in for cleaning, I was told that this would take 8 weeks. I toild them I can't wait 8 weeks as I'm immigrating on 27 February. I was told this is how the system work and it cant be changed. I think this is ridiculous who can stay without pots for 8 weeks in any case. I've purchased 2 sets of pots from AMC and I do think they can improve on after sales service as nothing can be done to clean my pots before I leave, this is unacceptable. The excuse was that the pots must go to C.T. which in my opinion takes one day. They should tell there customers when they buy their product that they will have to wait 8 weeks for cleaning.
