NO RESPONSE TO MY EMAILS TO CUSTOMER SERVICES

I purchased a Groupon and it was forfeited (I wont go into detail about why on this forum) - I phoned the Salon that I was supposed to go to and they advised that I should contact Groupon and request that they reinstate same. The voucher only expires in March and although I did read the terms and conditions, this was not a deliberate or intentional act which caused the forfeiture of the voucher. Nevertheless, even if I just received a response saying "No, it won't be reinstated" it is better than receiving no response at all. I sent 3 emails to customer services, all of which have not been responded to.
