Worst Customer Experience EVER!!!

I placed an order on 7 December and was told delivery will take maximum 4 weeks. We are now on 18 January and no delivery. When you try and call the call centre you are either number 30 in the line and when you get to the front of the line you call is dropped or when one of the call centre agents have the decency to answer a call they have the same answer you delivery will take place in 3 to 4 days. When it is still not delivered in 3 to 4 days the same answer is given.

It is amazing that companies can get with such blantant disrespect for their customers.
