My account was debited 2 times in a row

I paid my full 3 year membership in March. I sent the gym proof of payment and Elvis assured me that my account wont be debited. To my surprise it was, I logged a complaint on the 29th Feb and Dale told me that i will get my money back in 2 weeks. I never received a call nor a penny from them to this day; I spoke to Clive who promised to come back to me. He also never bothered.
My account has now been debited again and I want my money Today together with the bank charges!!
I am too poor to be ripped off of by a company.
