SUPPLIER REFUSES TO DELIVER OR RESPOND

On the 5/8/12 i sent through my voucher to be redeemed for a cd for my son. All details have sent sent to DEBBIE (who is apprently handling this) To date numerous requests were sent to follow up. Debbie has sent me an email stating she has sent the cd with a tracking number. Since, i sent emails and numerous calls asking which courier company and nothing.her cell number rings but always goes to voicemail. I have even sent sms's - Surely i should get my moneys worth (nevermind the phonebill and time wasted). HER DETAILS :
