I bought vouchers via groupon and on 16/01 made a booking via email for 14/02 at 11h00 (and confirmed by DS) and requested a changed date to 7/02 at 11h00. I was asked to send through the vouchers, which I've done and also asked for confirmation if all ok. I did not hear from them and assumed all ok.
I sent out a courtesy email today 04/02 to check if all in order for 7th Feb, and was told my booking was never moved from 14th to the 7th and I explained that they cannot hold their error against me as I already received approved leave from work for the 7th. The attitude I received from Charne (the owner) was not nice at all, and was basically forced to take 14th Feb at 14h00 which I asked that it should be at 11h00, and seeing that they already had bookings that time, I was forced to take 13h00. When I sent an email to Jeni asking why the girls have such bad attitude, I received an email saying that I must get a full refund from Groupon. I then phoned them and Charne said that she did not like the fact that I sent an email to Jeni to complain about her attitude and told me that she is cancelling my booking and that I need to contact Groupon need to refund me.
