Instant Shade
BAD SERVICE AND BROKEN PROMISES FROM INSTANT SHADE

We had ordered some flags from Instant shade which they had designed and installed. After one week one of the ropes supporting the bottom half of the flag came loose. We noticed that the flag arm at the top which holds up the flag was weak and bent due to damage from the wind. About a month ago we had put in a request for Instant shade to come and repair our flags. Dean and his workers did come in that week to come and look at the problem but due to the bad weather he could not help us and promised to come and fix it ASAP. It has been a month now and he still hasn't come in to repair our flags even though he has promised to do so via email.
