Hygiene and unfriendly staff

The reception ladies have a big attitude - they give you dirty looks the entire time you are there and are very short with you. Trainer was unaware he had an appointment. Staff are very happy to tell me that this gym is not in a safe location.
While I was training a someone in the weights section spat on the carpet and then ran their foot over it and carried on training.
The women's bathroom is disgusting. There are cockaroaches inside the lockers. There is no space in the shower to hang a towel or hang your clothes while you shower.
The shower door opens with the slightest movement and even though there was a staff member cleaning in the bathroom, the shower I entered had diluted blood on the floor. UNHYGENIC!
