Warranty return problem new Hisense Tv

Good day, I purchased the above Tv from Incredible Connections, Junction Mall, Ballito 30 /09/. 2025, 6 weeks later it started with ghost images, vertical and horizon lines over the picture, then blue and black screens, always 1-2 hours after switching the tv on. I reported the fault to the shop and took it to them on their request On 30th November. I was told that if the fault is verified by a technician that will assess it, I have the option to either refund, repair or swopping for a new one, as its within the 6 months return warranty. Nothing happened, in the end I, the customer has to contact the Hisense Service Centre tel. 031 312-4213 on Wednesday 10 December. They then did send the Technician out the same day, during the afternoon I received an sms that the assesment was done. I called Incredible connections, the manager told me its not true, no one came, then changed her story to say yes, a staff member confirmed the technician was there indeed and verified that the Tv is faulty, and took it away. On Saturday the 13th I went to the shop, and there the Tv was still sitting. It was never given to you, the Hisense factory/ service centre for verification of the fault. What am I do to now to get resolution of this problem? its very frustrating and stressful for me, and I'm sitting with no tv. Please note that I am not choosing a repair as I lost confidence in the tv I bought - if it shows such major faults within 2 months, its a dud, and also I dont want to swop it for a new one as I never want anything to do with Incredible connections where I purchased it. I choose a refund. I'll appreciate your asisstance and organsing the verification of the Tv's fault as soon as possible, as Incredible Connections' customer service is obviously unco-operative and uninterested to do their jobs.
