Undelivered goods in over a month

I bought a new decoder + installation on Friday the 1st of April on the DSTV website. Payment of R499 as debited and an online was created everything seemed fine until no confirmation was received or some kind of confirmation. I have been calling since Friday with no luck. The money went off my account. My kids thing I lied and said I bought a decoder because it for their TV. Non of the Agents seem to be coming with a solution. They cnt even pick up the address for the installation. What nonsense is this I want my installation by Friday.
