Kulula can't sort out a simple reverse transaction

Kulula robbed me of R342 by charging me twice for a change fee that I have paid for already 10 days earlier via credit card online. I have now phoned their call centre numerous times, I have emailed both statements providing them with proof that they have taken this money from me twice. Today I phoned once again to hear why I haven't been reimbursed 26 days after they took the money from me again. The call centre agent ensured me that it has indeed been paid back to me. Rather perplexed I phone the bank and check my statement to find that this is not the case. So, phone back AGAIN - do I get a "I'm sorry 'Mam, there must be a problem on our side still"? Noooo, she tells me AGAIN that it has been done!! Asked her if she is calling me a then, because my bank assured me that there has been no revers transaction. I asked to talk to her supervisor, hold the line for 5 minutes and she comes back with a "he is really busy, do you mind holding or can he call you back"! Still waiting for that call. I think their customer service is appalling.
