Flight booking: online
Booking was made by my brother in law. My nickname was entered in the passenger details. However my names according to my ID book differs, which only a few people know as I am know by my nickname by most people. He therefore made a bona fide mistake. [URL Removed] refused to assist me three day in advance to re-issue a new ticket. They want us to buy a new ticket after we already paid for one. They therefore want to keep the money for a ticket they refuse me to use after we want to rectify a bona fide mistake.
There can be many people on the same flight with the same name and surname. But only one ID is issued to a person. ID nr was never requested. If this was the case it would be evidant that the nick name and IDbook names are one and the same person.
No one is willing to re-issue the same ticket with correct detail thereon and I should now lose this money already paid and pay for a new ticket. This is unlawfull enrichment as they also refuse to refund the money and enable me to buy the second if that should be the case.
I had good intentions to resolve this matter timeously, no one was willing to assist to resolve the matter and mearly said it cant be done
