African Corporate Cleaning
Outsourced car wash poor service

Good day,
My vehicle was recently washed by African Corporate cleaning company that is a service provider to Mccarthy Toyota Gezina. Part of the service is that the engine of the car is cleaned after the service due to possible oil spillage by the mechanic. This was however not done and the service consultant from Toyota indicated that I will have to bring my vehicle back for the company to Valet my car as a penalty for not doing it correctly the first time.
I arranged to return my car back to them expecting a car worthy of a Valet done by professionals. No, what a joke when I received it back later the day, carpets, doors, roof not Valet, only the engine done.

I wonder if there will be any response on this complaint?
