I do not recommend anyone in South-Africa to ever use City to City/Translux bus line ever. My brother goes to school in Craddock. Every week we buy his bus ticket here in PE and forward him his reference number (LEJ289). The bus collects the passengers @ 2:30pm on a Friday. EXCEPT for yesterday. My mom phoned @ 2:30pm to find out if the bus had arrived, she was told that the bus is late. She did so again @ 3:30pm and was told the same. When she phoned City to City (0861 589282) @ 4:20pm to find out if the bus has arrived at Craddock, just to be told rudely by Koketsho (the consultant) that the bus was cancelled due to a strike. She then asked him why is he only now telling her this his response was " is it my responsibility to phone everyone and inform them the bus was cancelled? " She asked him, "so if my son gets kidnapped or murdered are you going to take responsibility for that and that you provide bad service" he put the phone down in her ear.
This is just NOT acceptable in any circumstances! Instead of having a bad attitude, you could of at least said sorry.
