Not informing clients about whats happening

Arrived at departure station in Klerksdorp to catch the bus to Pretoria to be informed by other passengers that the bus will be 3 hrs late due to an accident. Up until 3 o'clock this afternoon no one from translux phoned me to explain what was going on i had to calm the reservations office to find out what was happening!!!
