No name changes and no cancellation refunds

Kulula doesn't allow name changes nor refunds for some tickets for which you find no evidence and information upon how their cancellation fees work!!!

If u misspell a word and want to change it to the correct details u loose an entire ticket!!!

And situations happen where one person needs to change a ticket name... it is my money and yes we can pay an admin fee..but the mere fact that you can't change it at all and as a result loose your money is not right!!

And some situations are root preventable and in this case we have a funeral and the trip to Cape Town is for a graduation so naturally the family has to split who is going where...

I'll stick to mango... flexible
