Following a booking for my father who suffers from Parkinson's disease, I completed a form for assistance with a wheelchair. I received this response...
Kindly be advised that we are fully booked on wheelchairs for the 21 March JE 246. Please contact medicals on 0861010214 for assistance.
Phoning the number, I have been advised this flight has no wheelchairs, but they have my money!!! So I required a refund, so I can book a different flight with a different airline. No this will require 14 working days!! so How do I get my money to book... Please can I talk to an MD..no phone Head office, .. give me the number... 0861010217 0861010217. Called 3 times, and hung on at number one in the line, until it automatically cuts off!!
If you have Special needs, do not book Mango, and this will be the last time I ever book with Mango. No management, no care nothing!!!
