I have been arranging bookings for accommodation at two camps in Etosha National Park, Namibia, for our group of six for Nov 2013. I have had many interactions by email with Quina - from pleading requests and asking the usual silly questions! This is our fourth visit to Etosha over the years, and I can honestly say, dealing with Quina for these bookings has been exceptional and my best experience at dealing with any Etosha Travel Consultant. Quina always responds quickly and efficiently, she promised to get back to us as soon as certain dates opened for bookings - and she did - and she is always gracious and pleasant in her emails.
