I was on a flight with my family on Sunday the 14 April 2013 and on my return flight to Johannesburg my locks were from my suitcase and clothing and shoes were. I tried calling the contact number of the respective manager in charge and with no luck I left several voicemails, they fail to return my calls which is more annoying as this is a common problem and an inconvenience for customers. Travelling with a reputable airline in South Africa with such poor and disgusting customer service is not acceptable and needs to be resolved my senior management within their organisation. I would like to have a response in connection with this query and should I not get the response I will be taking this up with the consumer board of SA.
