Totally Robbed

I bought a 1000 points from DVC in December 2012. After been promised by the salesman that if i wanted to sell my points the DVC would be happy to buy it back at the SAME price that i bought it for. I am totally dissapointed, as paying cash for my holidays is working out much cheaper, and i definitely want to sell my points back to DVC for the same price that i bought it for. I called DVC and the person told me they will give me R5 a point and i paid R19 (TOTAL RIP OFF) and it could take up to 7 months to get the money.

All i want is to cancel this membership by getting the same money back (R19 a point).
