Awful bus ride

I took a bus ride from Cape Twon to Pretoria on Sunday, 07th of April 2013

The stuff was unfriendly, unhelpful and unprofessional

The bus broke down twice and smelled like urine.

The bus driver and hostess are the worst people iv seen in the service industry

Long stoty short, I suggest no one ever uses INTERCAPE again, it's a waste of time and money
