Here are my concerns and the reasons why I would like to leave this club or somehow get out of this contract/ be refunded etc:

Presentation 15/02/2012 entitled us to a 1 week free holiday from Funatix - we eventually got it a year later after mentioning that we would go to the papers!
Marketing Student - Sivu 074 218 4038 - presented the presentation
Manager - cannot make out name on agreement (he did sign) - agreed that we could transfer / sell but is not the case!
Points - 5500 per year x 3 years = 16500

During the presentation on 15/02/12, we were horribly misled;
We were assured that we can transfer points between the 3 years or sell them if not going to use them. ( Myself and my now wife Desire`, plus my brother -in-law can be witness to this, as all 3 of us sat with Sivu (the marketing student) and the manager, whose name we forget (signature on agreement) during the presentation.
This was the one and only reason why we were interested as we wanted to use all the points and the free week holiday for our honeymoon in 2013.
We lost our 1st years points of 5500 (which are paid for) due to not being able to utilize/ afford them in conjunction with our honeymoon.
