Security aggressive and screams at female passenge

On the 6th April I went through security on my way to Germany.

When I was passing through the gates the security guard in question and his female counterpart were chatting and not paying attention to the gates. Then the lady approached me to search. (I have taken extra precaution to rid myself of any metal that could set the alarm off)

So I asked why I needed to be searched the alarm did not go off, they asked me to go back which I did and once again the alarm did not go off. Ralph became aggressive with me and was screaming in full hearing of all passengers about how I was lying. It was as if he had serious anger issues with women.

I went to his supervisor who spoke to him and asked him to apologize for his approach... he refused.

Ralph should be removed from working with the public if he does not have emotional intelligence because what he did was disrespectful and refusing to even say "Sorry" shows his level of development or the lack thereof.

On a society with so much aggression where can we be safe if even those who should protect us inflict aggression towards us.

I have no issues adhering to procedures but no stranger can call me names publicly
