MY LUGGAGE

I flew back with international SAA flight on 1 December 2012. My family was relocating to South Africa. We had lots of luggage with us that somehow we left one of our bags at OR Thambo International Airport. Days went without realising that we are missing one luggage. I started to realise that i cant see some of my clothes and called SAA to check, i was then informed that i need to come and check amongst availablble bags. Indeed i came, officials check on the system and realised that indeed there is a bag of mine stored. We went to the storeroom and check, after some time checking i was shocked to be informed that my bag has recently been sent for auction.

I want my bag back, how is it sent to auction without any efforts to contact me. I bought ticket at SAA office abroad and if SAA in South Africa made effort to ge
t hold of me, their office abroad could have given them my number and email address.

This kind of action is uncalled for, i need answers and i need my bag back.
