Poor Service and Facilities

I traveled to Mauritius. The cabins are a mess and the attendants are shabbily dressed. The on-board entertainment is shocking. Is there no inspection of the crew on how to dress let alone how to behave on-board. Maybe they should spend a few months with the most successful airline in the world - Emirates. On my way back to SA most of the television sets were not working. Crew are inefficient and not friendly and the aireline is starting to resemble from of our government institutions.
The CEO should get off his Ivory tower and go take a flight somewhere. There is no great mystery as to why SAA is in the trouble they are in. They cant do simple things properly.
