I was booked on 9am flight to Durban over easter weekend, By 8am I was already in the check in cue, surprisingly on such a busy weekend they understaffed with only 3 check in clerks, a problem with a customer in front cause further delays. instead of taking him aside and dealing with the rest of the cue we had to wait in the cue over 30min, eventually we get to the front and we told the plane is full, they have 100 seats but they take bookings for more, so u lucky idf u get a seat. I had to take a 12pm flight which still left late, so the pilot flies faster and give us a TERRIBLE BUMPY FLIGHT, the plain was old, shaky and noisy. when I went to the desk to complain I get sent to other desks where is no one available - DISGUSTION ATTITUDE BY THE CLERKS ADDED TO THE BAD SERVICE. WILL NEVER FLY WITH BA AGAIN, NEVER!!! and I paid more for the morning flight and I was not re-embersed my difference
