Change of transport time with out notification

SA Roadlink changed my Domestic Workers bus ticket departure time without notifying her and no-one in the entire country is answering a phone (we have been calling from 8:00am till 9:00am - the phones just ring) This is unacceptable. There will be no transport available for my Domestic worker when she arrives in Pretoria at 2:00am in the morning. How disgusting!
