In response to my recent post I received the typical corporate reply completely evading (in a rather arrogant manner) the valid points I had raised of course. And as I predicted in my initial complaint, no solution. I did reply, but of course that was to no avail.
Look at the number of dissatisfied customers on Hello Peter alone QVC, and tell me this speaks of a healthy company with happy customers. Would you have people believe we are all wrong? We are all just grumpy people who have nothing better to do but complain?
Why don't you turn things around and make an effort to rectify the root cause of the problems?
Oh yes - and we're still on the waiting list, holding thumbs... Is this how time share is supposed to work?
