Flexi Club, what an absolute disgrace

Flexi Club, what an absolute disgrace. 19 years ago we were caught by this terrible holiday scheme. They promise the world, but at the end of the day you just pay for the worst service in the world. Magaliespark Flexi Club office offered their help 2 years ago. Help came at a price off course, purchase more points and our office will give you exceptional service!!! Prabashnee Thangavelu promised to sell our points as we are no longer interested. What a joke, she doesn't return phone calls, emails etc. PATHETIC SERVICE. Now we're trying to make a booking for a holiday but as usual, according to Flexi club Head Office we don't have enough points, o and guess what, Charmaine Jawahir at Magaliespark Flexi club office does not return our phone calls to adhere to her promises of 2 years ago!!!
