Bad service

Hi,

I am a regular bus user, from Cape Town to Claremont and Claremont to Access Park, i have since experienced that your operators does not apply to you code of conduct.

The driving is so bad that it is not noted that myself as a passenger and many others traveling the route are complaining that the operators do not wait until passengers are seated and safe on the bus.

I also have problems with time slots on the time tables provided by yourselves when approached the inspectors at your depots that they cannot help for the buses not being on time, not really considering the punctuality of the people getting to and from work. Most inspectors seems as if they dont really care when approached by myself using the services.
