Charged twice for the same flight 6-8wks for rfnd

I was charged twice for the same flight JHB-CT return and now have to wait 6-8 weeks for the refund. Totally unacceptable to be out of pocket for that peroid of time!!! Have complained to Customer care and they are not coming back to me!
