Cancellation of Tour to Israel - refund outstandin

Last year Oak Ministries advertised an amazing deal to Israel for a 2 week tour departing 15/12 and returning 29/12. We received a letter a while before departure stating that due to security concerns they were cancelling the tour but we had an option of a refund or a different date in 2013, due to other commitments on the dates advertised we chose the refund, a couple of months later and I receive an almost weekly e-mail letter requesting patience that they are busy and the money will be returned. The absolute final date (following a lot of other absolute final dates) for payment was today and so far nothing has been paid.
All we require is some assistance to get our money back
