Email with complaints sent 7 Jan 2013 to [Email Removed] and 1 Feb 2013 to [Email Removed] No feedback. Flight JE 705 Jan 1st 2013 delayed for 3 hours. On takeoff flight aborted due to technical difficulty. Surely this fault was apparent when flight landed bit earlier. My seat covered in food crumbs, seat pocket full of rubbish. Seat pockets next to me full of old mouldy biltong and old congealed food. Total indecision on what action to be taken for flight. We had to fly on the faulty plane from Lanseria to OR Tambo to change planes there. Surely we should have been given the right to choose to fly in a faulty plane? On changing planes seat pockets on new plane also full of old congealed food. Free snack offered old, dry sandwich with old cheese. When we arrived Cape Town THREE HOURS LATER we still had to take a bus to terminal!!! What steps have been taken to rectify hygiene on board. Do I never fly on New Years day again or never fly Mango again. Have always been happy with Mango but this was bad enough to make me stop using this airline. No feedback gives impression that Mango simply does not care.
