Bus trip Pta to Dbn 15 Feb 1pm

My trip on 15 Feb 2013 has to be one of the worst I have ever experienced. Being the cheapest DOES NOT justify the following :
The bus was infested with COCKROACHES
The driver did not stick to the specified bus schedule
Driver made random stops with no time limits
Driver got to PMB after 9pm and decided to further delay the bus by having supper while the
passengers waited for him to finish
Arrival in durban was more than an hour after the expected time of 9pm.

Surely the buses have to be FUMIGATED on a regular basis as travelers are constantly eating during trips

The health dept should be informed.

I request that City to City refund our 2 tickets
