Oaches on coaches

Hi

My partner regularly uses your service to commute between Richards Bay and Durban. she has always complained about cockroaches on the bus to me. Yesterday, however, was the pits. she sent me photographs where she had killed at least 7 under her feet, they were crawling over her, they would fall in her hair!
simply not acceptable, you have a cheek to charge in excess of R200 to travel with pests. All the while there is complaint after complaint (about roaches) on this site with generic answers. your new product "flick" is clearly not working.
Do not try to shift blame to the consumer who messes food on the floor. how do cinemas countrywide manage to stay roach free with similar issues. you could take a lesson from them.

we're at the point now where we simply won't use your service anymore. till such time as i can log on to Hellopeter and see zero (or close to zero) roach reports.
