Poor service - disappointing attitude

poor service, i was offered an award of voyager miles on 26 november, which to date have never been credited to my account.i was then offered a cash payment on 6 feb... still no sign of that.
ive called and e-mailed every week, no response to my e-mails in the last 2 weeks!
every time i call, im told its with finance.

Flight SA204 from JFK NEW YORK to JHB seat 36D
I was on the above flight from new York departed Sunday 11 nov, I was very dissapionted in the service I received unfortunately.
My seat 36D had no TV, and for a 15 hour flight that isunacceptable... and quite frustrating to see others relaxing and enjoying the entertainment. The stewart told me he would re-set the TV set and see if it turned on?? he forgot and an hour later I reminded him... all to no avail. no other solution was offered.
As I landed, my lock from my bag was broken off and some items of clothing missing .my baggage irregularity report was lodged on File ref: JNBSA78969
