7 WEEKS LATER, NO REFUND!!

I purchased a ticket for my mom, whio was due to fly from Lanseria to Cape Town, on 30 Dec 2012. On 28/12 i called the book a wheelchair for her as she has severe arthiritis. I was told that here were no wheel chairs available for that specific flight. They offered to get her onto another flight 2 days later (there were no wheel chairs avaialbe for any of the other flights that day or the next!!)
It was not convenient for me so she said they would refund me for the flight, which i accepted.
I did not bother to follow up on the refund, as i trusted that Mango being a reputable company, would honour their word. However, today i decided to check my account and was disgusted to see that there was no refund to my account!! I called the 086 number i was told they are awaiting a reply from the medical dept to authorise the refund! When i asked why this was not followed up on, i was told that it was up to the consultant who took my call initially to follow up and there was no other way for Mango to know if the query was concluded and closed. Its extremely disappointing that i need to follow up on this when the refund was meant to be in my acc after 7 - 14 days!! its now more than 50!
