Check the Fine print, then print it - they lie!

I am absolutely amazed at [URL Removed] I made an honest mistake booking week before - so I went online 5 mins after the mistake to change this, only to be informed I had to phone in... I was met with some resistance, anyway I paid R2930 for flights - they then changed the booking for me to flights that cost R2366 - difference which apparently I don't get back and then proceeded to charge me R706 per person extra for the change. I read the fine print to her that said yes [URL Removed] is R300 per person for change fee but BA was R150 she argued I read it over and over again to her and she said no. I was so mad... I then went back into my ticket so I could send her the fine print proof and guess what this is the message I found when I wanted to go and get the flight rules - very interesting how this just suddenly disappeared!!!
