Back again - they have no shame

Wow how we all been cheated. Their modus operandi seems the same. I bought back in Aug 2010 and in Sept I wrote requesting to cancel. I was told I could'nt and ended up paying about R16000. So now I am pd up and I want them to sell for R8000. Anyone with 1/2 brain will not buy into this co. On 6 Feb I phoned looking for 1 2 days accomm over Easter. I am still waiting This is more than a week. Looks like they cannot use Holiday Club members pts anymore. When I went to presentation, they actually were asking who were HC members. Double whammy for them but now its not working anymore. I then pd up and now I wud like them to know they will not get a cent out of me for levies etc, I want out and I will let my bank know to cancel any monies they want to take out my account. I worked hard for my money and I got nothing fm them. I want a refund! If no joy, I will contact 3rd Degree and contact some kind of Cons Protection because this all seems a. After my 1st complaint to you I recd call fm Fatima - she just short of demanded I go back on website and give them a smiley. 2nd time she phoned again requesting and I said I will think about it. No brainer. Refund me or I will take action
