Hi.
My family and I purchased bus tickets from Dbn to Jhb on Monday (11-02-13) When we got to the station we were told to board CK Travels because it is a hired bus. We entered the only to find out that they air-cons do not help, it was extremely hot and when my husband asked to have it put up higher we were told to open the windows. The seats were extremely uncomfortable and we were actually sitting on the floor just to be comfortable. the seat belts are sticking out the seats and make it difficult to sit. the toilet door did not lock and the door banged all the way from Dbn to Jhb. When we got to Hiedelburg we were told to go out and take our luggage into the bus, (there was no place, were we suppose to put our suitcases on our laps?) When the seats reclined the seat was on our lap. we had no leg space. we have travelled with Intercity Express for a long time and have experience such terrible service. We pay for comfort. Please can someone have this sorted because i will take it higher!!!
