How can pay without an invoice

I have being trying to get a detailed invoice from flexi club to see how it possible that my holiday contributions (which i don't want) can increase by over 80% and where I agreed to this. It has taken them over 2 weeks to responded. Their response is a sales pitch with no documentation to prove anything and no invoice. We will not be using the membership therefor the holiday contribution is just a farce to exploit more money out of people. I would like to resign from Flexi club and have informed them of such.
