UNFULFILLED PROMISES

Flexi club had a promotion at Dundee Royal Hotel on Friday the weekend of21 July 2013. They dished out scratch cards and I won the 1st prize, a "free holiday" for seven days from Fun Holidays, we can split it if we want. One of Flexi club's consultants congratulated me on winning the 1st prize. She explained that it is a free holiday from Fun Holidays anytime and at anyone of the Fun Holiday affiliated resorts AND me and my husband can take along two couples. The emphasis was placed on the free holiday. After phoning Fun Holidays I was informed that this is not at all true. I only qualify for a 30% discount and not at all for a free holiday. This is misleading. I think both Flexi Club and Fun Holidays should be avoided at all cost. If this is the way they are doing their promotions they must not be trusted.
