What a rip off, Shame on you

Just change my flight details via the call centre since i could not do it online since yesterday for my son and myself to see him a earlier during school holidays. Was charged R342 per person (R684 in total) for changing the flight. There goes my discovery vitality savings (on initial booking) down the drain which i had. The beautiful thing about it is that there are absolutely no price difference between the original flight and the changed one. I bet your response will be, "go read your terms and conditions"

Also how can it be good bussiness practice to loose/kulula cancels your returning flight if you miss your initial flight as per your website. You do not even allow for customers to find other alternatives to get to their destination and still make use of there returning flight which they paid for with their money. Someone need to seriously look into that.

Airlines certainly has us by the nuts, you too KULULA!!!
