Last night I tried to make a booking for the lower north coast, I wanted to use our credit and book for a full week. I couldn't find our credit, which according to Lynette Pretorius, should have reflected on our account so I tried to use some points. I found availability at the Dolphin View Cabanas, midweek, between the 15/3 -22/3. After requesting the unit and receiving confirmation on the website that the unit was on hold, I checked under current bookings and it said no reservations were found. After being on the phone this morning for 40 minutes, I was told by the consultant that there was a SYSTEM ERROR. My previous complaint with regards being ripped off by the Holiday Club has STILL not been sorted out. Once again, the Holiday Club falsely advertises that there are units available, allows a member to BOOK the unit online when in fact no booking was made. I have now had ENOUGH!
I would like 2 weeks to be credited to our account, NOT 1 week, as we were actually ripped off for TWO WEEKS. Further to this, I would like a DECENT UNIT, preferably Umhlanga Sands to be made available during the month of March for 2 weeks using our CREDIT.
