Booked return flight Lanseria to Cape Town plus xtra for bike plus insurance & paid R1903 by EFT
Flight confirmed!
At Lanseria on Wednesday they say I didn't pay for luggage and can't find my payment for my sons bike to get to Cape Town.
I am FORCED to pay R1200 in addition to what has been prepaid!
Now they sort the issue out and will refund me on TUESDAY the 20th February.
TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. I have to pay on the spot or not fly.
Now because of 'dumb bean counting'policies and procedures' I must just wait! Not right!!!
