No passenger pick up at bus stop

We bought a ticket via Computicket and paid with a credit card for a ticket from Hope Town to Bellville. The passenger waited for the bus through the entire evening and the bus never came.

I then had difficulty getting through to someone on one of the many numbers on their site for national and branch assistance. Eventually someone answered on the national line, but they had to first "investigate" what happened. Meanwhile the guy who needed the ticket is stranded! A promise to get back to us by 17:00 the same day to put him on the bus that evening was needless to say an empty one. We heard nothing.

On requesting a refund for the unused ticket, we were informed we needed to go to the branch and apply for one. Seriously?

This is really unacceptable, the entire experience! The cheap price is definitely not worth the trouble. I will never ever buy a ticket for anyone with this bus line again and I will definitely dissuade anyone else who asks or considers to buy one from this company.
