I called the booking office for Etihad Airways. I gave all the relevant information and at the end of the call I got an SMS from my bank saying that the funds had been reserved. A few days later I received another SMS from my bank taking off the same amount, and now leaving me with a negative bank balance. I called the customer care and all they could say was they acknowledge the fault, but I need to wait up to 7 days to get the funds.

This is absolutely ridiculous. I chose Etihad as they were voted the best airline. This is not the service I expected from the "worlds best airline" and will definitely not be flying with them again if they dont improve their service.
