Us broke down

We took a bus from bulawayo to johannesbug reg eagl 9 Zn, on the 1feb 2014. This bus broke off in the middle of nowhee just after polokwane
The driver onitially comlained of the steerwheel and oil, later on it jst broke down and this time with no lights at all, and no batteryy. We waited for the mechanic for over two hours and he only pitched just after 3am
Do thismanagement ever check oif their buses are roadworth before they took off.
Thisa imposed risk to us passangers as anything cud have happened
