They Have No Clue What They Are Doing

Everyday there is a new story or excuses on why their trains are not travelling to Johannesburg or why they are late, there is never a day without complains. Their security staff keep threatening us when we want to complain where one of them even told me, "Go report and let's see what will happen, there is nothing you can do to me"... that came from an individual whom survives because of us as commuters.

Everything in that company is faulty, from employees to Trains them selves and I think it's high-time they are all replaced.
